Still Amazed

I am still so amazed that One, I could have a babe with blue eyes and blond hair. Two, I have three boys. Three, I have four kids. Four, That I still want more even after what I went thru with Noah as a baby, and Five, that I am having another baby while this little guy is still my sweet little baby...
But not for long...He is now 19 mos old and is growing up so fast that even when I type this it brings tears to my eyes...He has been my only hard baby but he has been my one and only true mama's boy...He has been attached me from the beginning and still is to this day, whereas the other kids fled to daddy as soon as they knew he was the FuN one...but not this kiddo, I mean he loves a little 'throw' up in the air or onto the bed every now and then but his true love is me...I'm actually worried I might hurt his little feelings when he sees me with a new baby but I guess we still have time for a little while...
Loves the camera and says 'Theeese' for cheese...
Has discovered how cool cars and trains are and even slides them down things and says 'weeeee'

Cutest little profile...

Loves to giggle...and eat and sleep and go bye bye...and loves to get me my shoes, still...loves to watch SYTYCD with me and Spongebob with Daddy and Lexi and Curious George with the kids...Points at everything and if I scream he immediately thinks there is a spider and starts looking around on the floor and up on the cabinets (this is due to me screaming cuz there was a big garden spider on our kitchen cab's one day and I of course freaked out) apparently he learns quick so he's smart too!

Words he has said (but not the only ones he knows):

Mama

Ma-meee

Dada

This (haha) (dis)

Juice (duce)

Baby (bebe)

Snack (nak)

Yah!

Cheese (theese)

Weeeee!

Lambertize:

Adam makes every song his own — the song has been Lambertized. {see full dictionary here}
Rolling Stones says this...
In true Robert Plant style, Lambert made his arrival known, punctuating his three-octave howl on “Whole Lotta Love” with pelvicthrusts and microphone straddling. Dressed to the rock-god nines in ripped and studded leather and denim, Lambert switched gears from hot to cool, soaring on Muse’s “Starlight”{I have this song on my blog} against a moody backdrop of twinkling lights. In an intimate and memorable moment, the gifted goth took a seat for the haunting “Mad World,” showing off his crystalline falsetto as smoke rose around him. After reprising “Slow Ride,” his energetic duet with “little sister” Iraheta, Lambert closed his set with a medley of David Bowie songs — including an ethereal “Life on Mars, Fame and Let's Dance” backed by a glowing graphic of the red planet — then sunk down into the stage, all too soon, to the loudest cheers of the night.
I am so Excited about Friday Night...bring on the Guyliner...

Light Up the Sky Fireworks

Our yearly trip to Elk Grove Park to see the Fireworks light up the sky...We had good company and great seats as always and the kids loved it...I have memories of Dalen and Deveon sitting in the umbrella strollers talking and laughing and pointing at the bursts in the sky...Lexi telling Grandma "It makes my heart happy"...Noah shoveling popcorn as he played around with the other kids in our group...and then as soon as the first firework shot up, he did a quick tap dance as he scurried over to me for comfort, I swooped him up and there he sat in my lap for the rest of the show not moving a muscle...Good Times:)

Why does this kid look drunk happy???

The Runnig Miles Family

Josh ran his 10K using this as his training for his marathon in November and I ran my first 5K and didn't die! It was great to have worked for something and see it through to the end...I will continue running throughout my pregnancy and maybe do another 5K soon!

Daddy's Sparklers

Every Year Josh buys lots of fireworks to set off in our backyard...The kids love and are finally at the age where they look forward and remember it and expect it...We bought this one called New York Harbor Fountain and it was out of control, off the hook, crazy loud and we were wondering when it would end...Noah was not too sure about the small fireworks but warmed up until the Big one at the end but he remained calm and quiet...

Free Lunch in Redding

To kick off our Fourth of July, we spent four days in Hot Hot Redding while Josh covered for another pharmacist then Cardinal pays for our hotel and meals each night...Me and the kids chilled and relaxed in the hotel room until Josh came 'home' around noon then chilled some more with daddy until dinner time. We'd venture out to different restaurants mostly to restaurants where kids eat free and then did some swimming til bed...Dalen is so close to swimming and Deveon and Lexi are good to go with swim rings...Noah loved the water...Craziest part of our trip was having to wake the kids up to make the breakfast that ended at 9am! are you kidding!?! We're on vacation!
